Nim's Island really does make you feel good!

Apparently watching Nim's Island will make you more likely to be helpful to a stranger!

I just wanted to let you know that my children have thoroughly enjoyed your book, Nim's Island. We are homeschoolers and had been reading it as a family read aloud. My oldest son didn't think mom was reading fast enough and insisted on finishing it on his own before every one else. That is quite a compliment to your writing skills as this is the young man who regularly devours the tales of Tolkien, Lewis and most recently, fellow Australian author, John Flanagan over and over and over again.

Anyway, I just wanted to say "thank you" for your very enjoyable book and we look forward to reading more of your works in the near future!

That's lovely to hear! (I love that your eldest had to finish it on his own!) I hope they enjoy Nim at Sea too.

That's a nice book for enjoying every chapter of that. My kids also live that.
